Kenyans, Loskutov Strong at Tallinn Marathon

Kenyans took first and second place at the 19th running of the Tallinn Marathon on September 12, while veteran Estonian Pavel Loskutov finished third.
Bermard Kipkemoi Rotich finished with a time of 2:18.16 with Felix Kipkorir Kangogo one minute and 12 seconds behind him.
Loskutov's time was 2:22.17, sport.err.ee reported.
Estonian Tiidrek Nurme won in the 10 km race with a time of 30:04, beating strong international talent including 2002 European marathon champion Janne Holmen of Finland, Ethiopians Kelbessa Yonas Tefera and Diriba Refera Garomsale and top regional names.
Women's favorites include Lithuanians Remalda Kergyte and Egle Skurzdytre and Estonians Jekaterina Patjuk and Laura Suur.
Numerous celebrities were also spotted in the 10 km - former decathlon gold medalist Erki Nool, basketball player Rauno Pehka and minister Marko Pomerants among them.
