Prime minister on vacation in Finland

Prime Minister Jüri Ratas (Center) is currently on a weeklong vacation through Sunday, during which time Minister of Justice Urmas Reinsalu (IRL) will be fulfilling the tasks of prime minister.
Ratas is spending his vacation with family in Finland, a spokesperson for the Government Office told ERR.
According to the procedure for substitution, Minister of Health and Labour Jevgeni Ossinovski (SDE) should be first in line to substitute in for the prime minister, however Ossinovski is on vacation through Jan. 15.
Online news portal Delfi reported that Ossinovski is vacationing in Argentina.
